Supplier Custom header in IE/OE

I'm using the browser/mail client that came with my ISP's install disc.
IE/OE 5.5.  In the Active Window Bar, it says, "Outlook Express provided by
Shaw Internet"  Can this identifier be erased, modified, removed?
