Windows Forum / Outlook Express / OE 5.x / June 2004HELP: MSOE.DLL cannot be loaded
Outlook Express will not open because "MSOE.DLL cannot be loaded". This is a new one for me. Looking in the Outlook Express folder, MSOE.DLL is there and it is also in my system directory. Can anyone tell me what the problem is with this and what to do so it will load the file?
