Using Windows 98 (not Second Edition) and Outlook Express
(IE 5.5), I get an error when trying to open any of the
messages.  The error is as follows, "Internet Explorer
cannot open the Internet Site mhtml: mid:1100000001/.
The specified protocol is unknown."

This PC was experiecing other issues when we encountered
this one.  It had the choke.exe virus on it.  We tried to
install IE 6.0 but found issues b/c Win98 does not
support IE 6.0.  So, rolled back to IE 5.x.

Does anyone know what else to look for to correct this
problem?

Thanks,
Shawna
