I was deleting emails when a power surge hit. Now I can't delete any of my
emails. I have tried rebooting, but no success. Any suggestions??  Thanks

Determine the location of your message store folder for the identity
involved (Tools/Options/Maintenance and then Store Folder button will tell
you that).  Then close Outlook Express, use Explorer to open the message
store folder and find Deleted Items.dbx and delete it.  Outlook Express will
create a new and uncorrupted one on next startup.  Then see if the problem
is fixed.
