Hi,

when a message contains a joined file that I want to download, OE allways
presents the classic "file open-save dialog" pointing to the "my documenst"
folder.

However I want to allways save to same folder on a data partition ( say
H:\My OE Data).
How can I obtain that from OE ?

TIA all,

Pivert

That's a bug in OE6.  It's supposed to remember the save folder, but it loses the last
character of the folder name in the registry. I believe it's fixed in XP SP2.  IF you
don't have XP, there are some workarounds:

Set the "Save Attachment" Default in OE (Line 242)

Get
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/oesaveas_all.vbs
or

*Note: for 9x systems, and possibly Win2K, you need the VB6 runtimes
installed to use the EXE version.
