Its a connection issue and the only thing you can probably do is reduce the
size of the images.

Check the Server Timeout in Outlook Express: Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Advanced.
Increasing the value there may help when sending. Avoid setting the maximum value.
Also check with your ISP and the recipient's ISP to see if there is a maximum message size
that you can send. If so, specify this limit in Outlook Express: Tools, Accounts, Mail,
Properties, Advanced, Break Apart
