Does anybody know how I can copy the names and e-mail addresses from a group
in my address book?  I would like to send specific e-mails to one person so
she can use them, but do not want to send an e-mail to all those people just
to get them to her.  (ie:  carbon copy)

Create a standalone WAB file for her which she can then import into her
existing Address Book.  See this link for using standalone WAB files:
