Only Microsoft can add a new newsgroup to their server.  To request one, you
could click Outlook Express menu, Help/Microsoft on the Web/Send Feedback.

Please deliver feedback to the newsgroup, so that others can be helped. No
one gets paid to help here, and the response rate from those that are helped
is less than 4-5%. If that were how medical advancements were made we would
all have died years ago.  Thanks.

To find newsgroups on specific topics
Select a news server in the Folders list, and then click Newsgroups.
In the Display newsgroups which contain dialog box, type the topic or words
describing the kind of newsgroup you are looking for. If there are any
newsgroups matching the desription you are looking for click on it then
select 'subscribe' then select 'go to' and all messages for that group will
be downloaded.
