NNTP settings for outlook express newsreader

Can anyone tell me what the exact steps are to setting up outlook express
newsreader to read msnews newsgroups?
I have tried all the variations of msnews.microsoft.com, etc, but to n avail
- I still have to use the web browser, I would much rather use a newsreader.

Got a feeling it's a firewall issue - anyone know how to open the correct
port on a Belkin ADSL modem / router?

Make sure port 119 is open, then just click on the link below:
news://msnews.microsoft.com
