Download All NG Headers At Once?

How can I download all my ng headers, all at once, in OE? There are
some groups that have 150,000 unread messages and more; downloading
one thousand at a time can become a bit tedious. Anyone help?

Tools > Options > Read > Get XX messages at a time (uncheck the option)
