Hi all;

My operating system is Windows 98.
When i print any message from outlook express 5.5, while the text is printed
entirely, the header containing the "From, To, Sent, and Subject"
information does not print; instead, I get a small square with a red X
inside although these details are visible on screen.
N.B.: -  i do not have explorer as i have uninstaled it with IEradicator
(from "lite pc");
thus i can not adjust the problem through explorer printing settings.
       - I know that printing the reply message would do. However, is there
any other solution?

Thank you in advance

Thanks Kath;

however, this is not what i am looking for.

i would like to fix the problem (reset the original printing settings) so
that when i click from the message window the print icon the whole
information will be printed. I do not want to copy and paste.

Any idea please? anybody?
Thanks
Kaly

As OE uses the print engine of IE, you may have "broken" the
association.
Which is why I made the suggestion I did, about copy and paste?

If you have uninstalled IE using some third party program, then all I
can suggest is re-installing IE and hope that helps.
If you prefer not to use, don't use it.
