Do you have a cd burner on the machine you want to transfer from?
Have a look at this link.

Are you moving mail from one machine to the other, or do you want your
mail on both machines?

Yes, I have a cd burner. I will not be using mail on both machines.
Thanks Kath, I will give it a try later.

Also you can try to transfer messages using ABF Outlook Express Backup.
Just make a backup of your data on one PC and then restore it on another.
Trial version allows you to backup/restore messages for free.
