Address Book - Adding Multibple Contacts to

I have hundreds of contacts in a BCC field of an email.  

I send to these contacts each week so I would love to add them all to my
address book, WITHOUT having to go through the list and add them all 1 at a
time.

Can this be done?  And, even better, can it be done so they are all added to
the address book under 1 distribution list?

Not easily.  You could create a database file with the info using Excel,
then export that file as a CSV file and import that csv file into your
address book.  Sounds like a lot of work when a right click on the
individual addresses and selecting Add to Address Book would do the same
thing.

Or create a template mail with all the addresses inserted, save that
template and double click it to open it, make editorial changes, then send
