Every time I hit Send, a  message pops up saying

"One or more of the pictures in this message couldnot be found.  When you
send this message these pictures willnot be included.  Are you sure you want
to send this message?"

I have NOT attached or imbedded any pictures!  What's happening.

I always just say "yes" and send the message.

Are you using stationery?  There might be a problem with it.

Windows Vista Mail Newsgroup:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail

You can also get to the newsgroup via this web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx
There select Windows Vista, then Windows Mail.
