Windows XP, IE 6.0.28. When I open any window in Internet Explorer, the
window is always at some reduced size and I need to mazimize it. Where is
the setting that controls windows size when it opens?

http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/answers.htm#new_window_max.  The
re-sized
window must be the last window closed for Windows to remember its size.
