internet options

Please help me . When I open "internet options" there is
no "General tab". It happen after I open e-mail about
lower price for insurance and different web page appears
in address bar.Now I can not delete any unwanted
addresses,set up home page.etc. Thanks in advance.

Start-Run-Regedit

There could be more than one "GeneralTab" value.
Try these keys first and then search for GeneralTab (no space)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Control Panel

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Control Panel

Remove "GeneralTab" if present.
