Two Dirs for Cookies??

Hello,

What is the difference between the cookies stored in the UserName\Cookies
directory and those stored in UserName\LocalSettings\Temporary Internet Files
??

Cookies are stored in the Cookies folder. They only look as though
they are also in TIF. Try here:
