Start regedit, expand and highlight the following keys and look
in the right window for "NoBrowserClose". If you find it, delete
it. You may have to restart the computer for the change to take
effect.

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions
