A friend of mine downloaded the MS updates this morning, and is now having a problem with multiple images. She tried to reinstall the Inetcomm.dll file, but this time she gets a message saying she needs a password. She did not have that happen when she originally installed this .dll file.

Anybody else having this problem or know how to solve it?

Sharon I had no trouble switching the dll again....Sounds like she has XP and isn't logged on or with  Administor right...Tell her to try it in safe mode logged on as Admitinistor.
