3 downloads available for OEFB & OEQB. they indicate having visual basic 6
runtimes. how can i check to see if i have the visual basic 6 runtimes
installed? so i'll know what program to use? thanks, len kiesling

In (Windows) Explorer, search for [WinKey+F] microsoft.visualbasic.dll

Right-click on it (if found) > Properties > Version

microsoft.visualbasic.dll not found. i will install the full version.
i would like to use program for backing up prior to a reformat. does anyone
know if the new OEQB, quick veresion, will work for this task? or the OEFB
should be used? i need simple. thank you, len kiesling
