Take the attached IAF file and copy it to your hard drive.  Then open
Outlook Express, click Tools/Accounts/News and Import button.  Point to
the
save IAF file and it will create a new account with the correct
password.
Your initial user name will show as "Anonymous"  and your Reply To
address
will be "Someone@someplace.invalid)  and you can change it after the
import.
Just do not change the password nor any other info on the Server tab or
you
will be out in the cold again.
