It has come to my attention that newer posters may be getting email letters telling them to go post elsewhere if their stats are not up to "someone's" expectations.   I am very disheartened by this!   This newsgroup is for everyone. From new stationery makers to experienced stationery makers.   Please do not pay any attention to anyone who tells you otherwise.   We all started at the beginning and the only stupid questions are those that are not asked.   Please feel free to post here and ask, ask, ask for help.
No one "runs" this newsgroup.. we are all just here enjoying the group together.  Everyone here needs to be tolerant of the rest.   So please join in.  Pretty soon you'll be turning around and helping other new stationery makers.
Fitzie

ps  - come on you lurkers.. delurk!  :-)

If you ever get this message from anyone it just isn't true and should be deleted

Robbie, I just posted this to Fitzie's post in the other group.  Will repost it here.

--------------------
Good grief.  We just got back from vacation last night and I just meandered
in here for the first time and find this.  I know one thing...it was NOT a
member of this group who sent that painful email.  It's definitely a fly in
the ointment.  Someone is secretly out to ruin this group, for whatever
their evil or sick-minded reason.  This is unforgivable.  Naturally a new
person would take something like this to heart and give up.  How sad.
Jeez...this group isn't designed to be a contest of any type.  It's a place
to post, learn and have fun.  Besides that, no one runs this group or has
any authority, period.  (Besides the Microsoft wheels.)  As a group, we have
merely set up guidelines that we wish to have honored, but there are no
rules and nobody has the right to tell anyone that their work is inferior.

My own personal lifestyle has changed so much since our son, Mike, was so
tragically killed three years ago, that I can't create or post the way I
once did...but I still post when I can and enjoy lurking.  As such, I would
love to see the group grow--not get run off by some irresponsible coward who
won't even sign their name to their handiwork.

Just my 2¢ worth.

Hey Vicki,
Fortunately, I did not see the e-mail that the idiot(s) sent. Thanks for posting this. I was really saddened by your comment concerning your son's death. That has to be an almost unbearable burden for you folks. May God be with you and comfort you. You are in my prayers,
~Neo~

Thank you for your kind reply, Neo.  Yes, it is unbearable.  You keep praying that it's just a bad dream and you'll wake up.

Hugs,
Vicki
