go to this url and read about the inetcomm.dll this is the one that stops duplicate files from embedding. You will also have to have auto updates disabled or set so you can pick which one to install...

Can the inetcomm.dll be placed in the root directory thus stopping the
replacement when updates are implemented?

Have no idea GGRay....never tried it....I just remember which update did it and don't
install it again...The time before this MS used this dll as a bench mark to see if you
have done the cumulative update for OE .
