Everyone in my circle of friends and family uses OE6 and the stationery to
liven up our emails. My father receives the emails fine and sees the
different email stationery and replies but what everyone on the receiving end
gets is a white background and a black font where once was stationery. I've
tried different things on his settings to correct this but so far no good.
Any ideas. Thanks.

How about Tools, Options, Send, Sending:  make sure this is checkmarked:
"Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent."

Assuming they (whoever has problem) all use IE, click: Tools|InternetOptions.
Click Advanced tab.  Put check mark on the: Print background colors and
images.
Hope that'll help.  Good luck.
