A few months, Microsoft limited attachments in newsgroup postings to less
than 100KB, which crippled many stationery users.  As a result of their
complaints, Microsoft created a special private news group intended only for
the stationery newsgroup members who wanted to continue posting without the
attachment limitation.  You will have to create a new news account to access
the group and the following information should help you do that:

Newsgroup server:  privatenews.microsoft.com

Check the box where it indicates (on the Server tab) "This server requires
me to log on" and insert the following info in the boxes:

Newsgroup name:  privatenews\stationery
Password: stationery

Please note the settings are case sensitive and must be used exactly as
outlined above.  Good luck.
