I have a friend on my mailing list that cannot seem to forward a message I've sent him that has an animated background. If the stationery is stationary (sorry about that!), he has no problem. His recipients do not get any background in this condition. Anyone have a suggestion I can forward to him? Many thanks, Dave Ask him to check a few things on his IE setting. Go to Tools, Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab. Scroll down to Multimedia. Place check marks on the: Play animations in web pages. Also, ensure a check mark is placed on the: Print background colors and images (under Printing). I got this advise/procurement from someone.
