For anyone who is trying to figure out what my friend's problem is, I wanted
to let you know that she just did a system restore and all is well, now.

I have an online friend with a problem. I'm afraid I don't know for
sure if she is using Win XP, but here is what she writes:

Have encountered a problem with OE stationery.  I cannot open
(access) any of the stats in my OE stationery folder.  I can send
plain messages, such as this one, but when I try to select a stat out
of the select stationery folder OE goes back to desktop screen.
 I can receive messages OK and send as I've said AND (and this IS the
sticker!) I can use EML stats OK, sending and receiving, all with
pics, color and sound.
 I have scanned, no viruses present, nothing.  I do get an error
message sometimes saying something about a dr. watson debugger and
that is something that I am NOT familiar with.  I have been visiting
stat sites over the last few days but with no problems.

We use email stationery a lot and I know she is frantic. Can anyone
help?
