When I use the Outlook Express Stationary to compose my e-mails, the font
that I have established in the Tool menu does not appear. Instead a 10-pt
font appears and the font color is not "Black" as I have established in the
"Compose" tab. The font is the same color as my stationary.
Is this a bug in the Outlook Express program?????

The stationery could be dictating the font globally and that's why you can't
change it.
Check the code in the stationery.

Check your View | Text size settings. Also check under your Accessibility
settings and see if you have anything enabled there.
