My server has unexpecte terminated my connectioin

When I first boot "internet express" I get an "Outlook Express" screen that
says that my "server has unexpectely terminated the connection".  There is
an error number: '0x800CCC0F'.

Turn off the e-mail scanning in your anti-virus.
