Hi Vanguard, hi Mikey,

*** Previously I wrote: "I have several message rules where the mail is from
a specified account, it is moved to a specific folder. Everything works
great. I just installed a spam filter and what this does is add a text
"X-Text-Classification: spam" to the email header. So, I created a rule for
that if the message body contains "X-Text-Classification: spam", then move
the message to the folder 'spam' but it does not work. I already tried to
move that rule all the way up to the top of the list of message rules but
also that doesn't help. Maybe it just conflicts with the other rules?

*** Vanguard wrote: "Oops, I guess it is Outlook that can look for message
headers, not Outlook Express.  See if your anti-spam solution has an option
to insert a tag in the Subject header.  You can then define a rule to check
for that tag in the Subject."
---> Exactly, this works fine in OL, not in OE. Switched the tag to the
subject line now, should work, I hope!

"Don't know why you chose to hide what anti-spam solution you are using
since divulging it would obviously identify it to other users that might
help with it."
---> I'm using K9 from http://www.keir.net which is essentially a filter but
I'm really very satisfied about it!

*** Mikey wrote: "were you careful to insure you stuck the STOP PROCESSING
option to the rule"
---> Did that just now, I did not know about that one; thanks!

With K9 in use I wouldn't use this technique. K9 is so accurate that "filter
in" is pretty much superfluous.
