Hello OE Support Person, This evening, bleow this greeting, you will find
what I wrote to the Newsgroup, Windows Security, the reply was not helpful
because the URL given does not work. I tried all possible ways to make it
work and all the searches came out No Support. So I opted to write to you
here at OE.
Thank you for your time also. Here the reply of the Newsgroup person and my
query below copied/pasted to you:

| Hello Support Person, Somehow my own E-mail address keep going into the
| Blocked List, I keep "Removing" it from the Blocked List, the next day it's
| still there. Now, I received an unkown email from someone who had sent it
| using my E-mail Address in the From:, and it was the same in To:. I
| unkowingly Blocked that email I suppose, then the next day I received
another
| that went into the Deleted Items folder and then "noticed the From:", my
| address. I checked my Blocked List and my E-mail Address was still there, I
| Removed it again. I wrote to my Server's mail and have not received any
| reply. Tonight I got my emails and I noticed that I had 2 e-mails that I had
| sent myself yesterday from 2 Web Site's Link which I keep in my Inbox
because
| I visit those web sites daily, and those 2 Link emails were not in the Inbox
| list anylonger. I had just deleted 8 or 9 spams emails I received tonight
| and I did not notice the 2 Link emails in the Deleted Items folder, so
when I
| clicked on Select All, of course my 2 emails were deleted. Also, last
week, I
| lost all the Web Site Links, I had sent myself for years, send to my E-mail
| Address, to keep in different folders in my Outlook Express Folder's
| subfolders (eg., Shopping, Play sites, Web addresses and so on) all the
Links
| I sent myself were deleted. I had more than 200 Links in those folders, I
| have at least 15 subfolders completely empty. That happened maybe when I
was
| in the Deleted Items Folder, and I used Ctrl/A to delete the emails I just
| deleted from my daily email that day, and somehow, all the emails with my
own
| E-mail Address that I had sent myself got deleted using "select all" keys.
| Now I have been using that method of deleting since I have E-mail at least
10
| + years and that never happened. I do have a very long Blocked List of
| E-mails. Also in the Message Rules 3 Rules with at least 75 of them titled
| From:, Subject: and Words in both. All are mostly sex emails and medications
| rules. Also, this week I noticed one email sent From: To: my E-mail address
| and I copied its Properties that showed this:

| I hope you can help me with this problem. Oh I returned to the Web Sites
| that I use on a regular basis and sent their Links via E-mail to myself.
Now
| I look at how many emails there are selected in the Deleted Items Folder
| before deleting all, and yet this evening those 2 Link emails got deleted.
| I don't know how to remedy this. Something has taken over my Outlook
Express,
| and someone my E-mail address which I would like to keep as is. Thank you

What I am going to tell you will delete every address from the Blocked
Senders list, but it will cure your problem. If you are using to block
Spam, that is a useless process anyway.
Close OE. Go to: Start>Run>Regedit>find this key (Blocked Senders) and
delete it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{GUID}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Block Senders
Blocked Senders list will be empty, but you can rebuild it now.

Hello Bruce,
I went there, but I have a ? before I "delete". In that Block Senders
Folder there are 2 subfolders, 1st= Mail/Action+000. 2nd= Criteria+ I have
365 folders in that Critria folder (blocked E-mail addresses).
Do I delete the whole BLOCK SENDERS with those 2 subs? or,
do I delete only the whole CRITERIA Folder with its the 365 subfolders?
Thank you so much for your time. I don't mind restarting the whole process
of blocking those annyoing spams.
While I'm here, I could not have the Block Senders List be "APPLY" to work
anymore, when I clicked Apply to Outlook Express, or Inbox the email I was
blocking was not going into the Deleted Items Folder. Is there a limit of
how many blocked email can be blocked per New Mail Message? I always clicked
the apply button to delete in Outlook Express, not in Inbox, was that the
reason for my problem with my email address to go there too?
Also, is there a program out there where it would help OE to Block those
spams?

Wow! This diatribe may have got the best of me. If you are trying to
block Spam, right click on the Blocked Senders folder in W/Explorer
and delete it.
Why do you have sub-folders? Do you have more than 1 identity? I would
delete by clicking on Blocked Senders folder. The subs will delete
also.
I Don't even use Blocked Senders. Have a look at these links for some
better resolutions.

Either do some snipping, or Top Post. I have no idea what you may have
asked in this last post as *everything* had at least one > before it.

Right click Block Senders in the left column and select Delete. Do this
with OE closed.
