Microsoft Outlook works fine.
I have the POP3 sever as ***** & smtp *****.

It stays the same and works.
Outlook Express was set up the same; it works till I log off the
computer.
When I come back to Outlook Express the
*******becomes 127.0.01
This causes the mail box not to be able to receive messages until I
reset the Pop address.
I have fixed this many times, however it Still continues to change. What is
wrong?

Usually e-mail scanning, your anti-virus program, or anti-spam
program. Disable them one at a time to find the culprit.
