IM getting a error on IE

I was able to get IE 6 installed thanks to Zee,and my DSL is on line WOW this
is GREAT! But when I try to send E-mail from my Outlook express Acct,I get a
error
conection failed,socket error# 10060
error no #ox800cc08
I seem to have all things set to the way they should be but seems that my
outlook is not hooking up?
all my DSL stuff works fine & Fast,just cant send or get e-mail thru my
outlook.

Brad,

I believe this may help:

Call your ISP and make sure your smtp settings match what the ISP will
allow.
