Hi everyone,

I tried many times to install IE6 SP1 for a local network (3 PC with win
98). I do it dor 2 PC. The third one did  not install IE6 SP1. When I begin
the installation, this message (not exactly, because it was in french)
appears "A previous installation task requires reboot of Windows. Install
will stop. Reboot the system". So, I  reboot the system but the same message
appears.
One of the PC where the IE6 sp1 was installed did not affich the home page
of my used website.

What can I do ? I need your help.
Thanks,Mass

If you can copy the file to the hard disk, you might be able to install it in
safe mode, this has fixed the problem for me in the past.
