i dont know wat happend but IE wont let me download any program, i need
macromedia flash player but it wont let me download, not even a new skin for
windows media player, i checked for viruses but i dont have any in my pc, i
really need help with this, it used to work before until i couldn't sign in
to hotmail account and a tech from msn told me to change the configurations
that  i had on IE after that i could sign in  to hotmail but now i cant even
download a wallpaper not even the new version of msn messenger. when i try to
download it says [You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials you supplied.] it does the same thing everytime i dont know what
to do i need help please. if anyone can help me please do so.
