Does anyone know how to configure Internet Explorer to show full drop down
menus without first displaying only the most recently used items?  I know how
to do this in Outlook and Word (View/Toolbars/Customize/"Always show full
menus"), but Internet Explorer does not seem to offer this approach.

IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
Turn it off.
