Yup - same "problem" here - and it will arrive at many more shortly.

Send your "thanks" to eolas.
And suggest to the sites that they update their use of objects.

problem.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917425

Its obsereved that the Flash related issues are araised in DELL, HP machines
(OEM O/s).

Best of luck,
Arun Hill.

Hi there

I'm having problems with Flash and JavaScript not working right in IE6 using
XPHome SP2.

I did go to that DaVinci site?  I don't have the language pack, couldn't be
bothered at the moment.  But aside from the problems alot of us are having
with Flash just not working, that site is still using/has a link to d/l Flash
7.  I don't know if that has anything to do with that particular site or not.
Flash is up to version 8.0.24.  Older versions should still work, I'm just
confused as to why they have a link to get Flash 7.

Arun, I don't know if Ant went and d/l that update, haven't seen a reply from
them.

I did that, also on advice got the whateveritis script 5.6 thing from
microsoft (sorry, I'm gettin really confused and aggravated - I had no
problems before using XPHomeSP2 - SP1 was fine).  I still can't view many
things using Flash.  Have sun JS 1.5.0. update 6 - installed, enabled.
Shockwave/Flash latest versions - installed/enabled.  Go to macromedia test
page, for Flash get a message You must enable JavaScript to view this.

Ant if you're out there and something worked for you, please post and let us
all know?
