IE read Hebrew but will not write in Hebrew  !!

i have re-installed (from scratch + format) windows XP
following a major crash that followed installation of sp-
2. i have installed in addition to English US also Hebrew.
I can write in Hebrew i all of the Office applications or
other s/w and in the URL address bar of i.e However, whe
browsing to hebrew web sites i can't write Hebrew in the
web page (in search etc). I can read Hebrew but when i
write the keyboard layout or fonts used seems to be wrong.
tryied changing encoding etc with no help. What should i
do?

Remove and reinstall Google toolbar if it's installed
