Can't download Internet content

Every time I try to download Internet content
/pictures or media files/ the function
"Save Target As" remains inactive allthough
I checked all Internet options.

I had the same problem, and what worked for me was to get rid of the Google
tool Bar. I hope this will work for you as well.
