IE 6 w/ SP2 w/ XP: I get a "not responding" message.  So,  I end  c-a-d and
end program.  During system re-starts  I notice an "AXWIN frame window" not
responding prior to shut downs and have to hit  end task.    I've also see
"ccApp" and "Viewpoint manager notif." appear and had to end them the same
way.  I have Norton Internet Security/ Anti-Virus and they will not display
nor can I get the "Live Update" program to work.  Any suggestions appreciated
before I try some of the earlier posted suggestions.

Hi Wayne :-)

Did you perhaps have a video program installed at some point, then
uninstalled it? Sometimes files are not completely uninstalled, and the
residuals will cause such problems

You might look in the Startup list a(msconfig from Stat>Run>Startup) and see
if a pci card is checked to be started on startup. If so, disable it and see
if it helps.

You should also have a look here:

If these steps do not resolve your problem, or you need help with the above,
please post back to this thread with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps

Jan :)
