The encoding is changing every time I try to use IE

It gets Cyrillic font every time I load IE
How can I change it ?
I tried to change the font, the encoding, the automatically encoding, but
nothing
Help me out, Thanks

Tools | Internet Options | Languages
Make sure English is at the top.

I already did that, and nothing happened.

Paul Gorodyansky occasionally posts tips about using  IE  in
Cyrillic (Russian).

What I mean is that the only encode font displayed is cyrillic, but I don't
want to use the cyrillic font, I usually read in Spanish or English webpages.

You mean, you go to Tools/Options, click on "Fonts" button
and there, in the "For script" menu at the top, you see "Cyrillic",
right?
