Internet IP traffic

Hi everyone,

I would like to see the IP traffic on my PC. To make it more clear, when I
write an address on my explorer, what am I downloading/ from which IP address
and what am I uploading...

Is there a program or a hidden IE property that I can monitor that. Any paid
program suggestion is also welcome..

There are many free programs that can do this - however, most tend to assume
you have a reasonable knowledge of how IP conversations work. Whenever I
need to check on everything being passed around to diagnose problems I run
Snort and simply log everything to and from either a single IP, or the
entire network. Be warned though, you may end up with a lot of data to trawl
through!

Which OS? If NTx try Ethereal. If XP Pro use netcap for capture
and Ethereal for formatting.
