microsoft antispyware needs GDI+

My microsoft antispyware expired, it gives you a link to select for an
update.  After trying to install the update it states my PC needs the GDI+
software to continue.  What is this? My PC has Windows SP4, and all updates
are installed.  Can someone help me get to the page for the GDI+ software.
