When I am typing an email eventually an error message pops up that says

"How did you get here? (Please Report!)

The box is labled with "Microsoft Internet Explorer"

Has anyone ever come across this before?

Hi Matt,
What E-mail client/Provider you are using?
It looks like a script (Alert one) to let you know you are in the wrong
boundaries.
How about the status of your security (runing AV with latest definitions and
Anti-spywares).
HTH.
Please let us know.
Regards,
nass
