Outlook keeps changing fonts and quality on signatures

At my company, I often get calls regarding people who have their signatures
changed by Outlook. We have a rich text format and an HTML pic inserted into
our signatures, but they randomly get changed when sending or replying to
emails. Sometimes the company logo (html) gets moved from under the name to
the side of the name. ANy way to prevent or fix this from re-occurring?
