Outlook Express Version 60.2900.2180

I can't open a pretty Stat with an embedded sig tag from a friend.  As soon as I click on it, this message box
pops up saying "OE encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for any inconvenience"  I've gotten stats from her before with no problem.

Internet explorer  Version 6.0.2800.1106

Please help me.  I am so frustrated.  I can see the pretty little kitties but cannot open it to no avail.  I am so sad :-(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I didn't know where to go for help so I found you.  Please, I would be so happy to get this problem resolved.

Looking forward to hearing from someone.  Thank you.  I am new to NewsGroups so hope I am doing it correctly.

Sincerely,

Kathy

If its just one message, there's not much you can do.

I'd recommend you go to WIndows Update and get the latest updates.

Pls be so kind as to post news only as "Text", not in HTML.
The latter is against the NewsGroup rules.

TIA

Wrong.  This is a stationery newsgroup and all messages must be in HTML or they will be removed.
