Export your current Address Book as a CSV file (Address Book: File > Export

Si, i will. But isn't this much to difficult for an average user?
You mean copy and paste exported columns into the right column and adjust
names and try to import?

There is a Change Mapping buuton where you can change the Fields to another
field.
Field name Name can be changed to Field name First Name
I've never had a problem importing them from Outlook, just check all the
boxes when exporting, you can change the Mapping there as well.
