importing addresses from outlook results in that home addresses out of
outlook get work addresses in OE. Anyone seen this before or have a clue to
prevent this?

Export your current Address Book as a CSV file (Address Book: File > Export
> Other address book) and examine its formatting.

Export your Oulook contacts as a CSV file > Edit its format to conform to
the above > Import it via File > Import > Other address book.

Si, i will. But isn't this much to difficult for an average user?
You mean copy and paste exported columns into the right column and adjust
names and try to import?

There is a Change Mapping buuton where you can change the Fields to another
field.

Field name Name can be changed to Field name First Name

I've never had a problem importing them from Outlook, just check all the
boxes when exporting, you can change the Mapping there as well.
