How can I hide rules I have setup on my childrens computers?

OE doesn't have that sort of capability.

You might try setting them up as a separate user.  That will give them their
own user space and they won't be able to see what's in your user space.

If you are trying to do some filtering that your children can't alter,
you'll need to use some other program to filter the messages before OE
gets them.
