I am on a regular base backing up my emails to a seperate folder outside OE.
When I copy the folder from OE to the back up folder I see there besides my
folders in the OE program (now showing as .dbx in the back-up) there are
individual mails and in dublicate.

How can I delete these seperate individual mails from my OE to save space??
