I am told I have been sent several emails from one source over the past few
days but I have not received them. The sender is adament the email address is
right. I cannot see I have blocked the sender. Is there anything I can do to
look into this? How can I find whether the sender is blocked? What can the
issue be? Can this be overcome etc?

Many thanks

Blocked Senders would send the message to Deleted Items. Check message rules
for any that Delete it from server.

Send a message to this person and have them use Reply and see if you get it
and can narrow down the problem.

Also, check with your mail server to ensure that they have not blocked the
message. Additionally, you may want to check the sender's address at SORBS
to see if they are not on a Blacklist.

Check the sender's *IP Address*; block lists do not block email addresses.
Also, one will need the IP address of the SMTP relay client transferring the
email to the provider's gateway mail server; that is the IP address which
will be compared with the block lists.
